dodah, is the bankruptcy legal case in Fla? If so, which county, I am in Fla (Miami-Dade) and I will research the case thru online court dockets.

CBAY - Just taking the OS of 41 million shaers, plus the net current assets of $24 million, gives us $0.59 per share.

The short is ridiculous in this stock and that does not even the 59 cents above does not even take into account the $31 million in projected revenues from CBAY's investments.

This should drift up nicely towards fair value and then really go bang once the co receives the $13 million it is owed.

Could go huge. R
