The show list is activated I believe by a short percentage. With a large and actually unknown float it would IMO be impossible for it to ever be flaged for the Reg Sho list. Hell probably half the trades or more never were reported or counted anyway.
I believe the DTCC's trading records need to be gone through and checked well. Also the fact of some brokers not reporting trades may have had some bearing on the reason it never showed on the list as well.
Nothing is right about anything to do with this company and it's trading activity as it seems everybody in the markets did what the hell they wanted to do unchecked, while the SEC sat on it's butt and the SEC had plenty of red flags and warnings years ago to give them a heads up. There's more to this than just a scam company IMO. There are bigger fish to fry.
