Please, lets roll, get real. The infraction nevwest committed had to do with not reporting suspicious trades as required by the patriot act. They have zero liability to shareholders.

NevWest has a problem with NASD. It has no meaning for CMKX stockholders. They will pay you nothing.

UC isn't going to file anything with the SEC. Didn't you read the trial testimony? Everyone from the accountant to Stocklein's sub has said there aren't any records to make a filing with. CMKX is revoked - it will never trade again. CMKX has no value because it has no assets. It was a scam from the beginning....... No drilling, no diamonds, no assets, and the money from selling shares is gone.

If there were a suit by someone then maybe there would be some money that could be recovered from those who stole it from unsuspecting investors but I suspect that there isn't enough left to amount to a hill of beans.

How in the world can you believe that NvWest has any liability to share holders at all? Their infraction has to do with ignoring obvious red flags re: money laundering. Nothing at all to do with share holders. Zilch, nada.
