Your logic doesn't make sense. You're saying they can't find a partner for AXAL, but have a buyer available to purchase the whole company. If no one is interested in AXAL, as you assert, then why would anyone pay to buy AXAL plus the other three franchises?

When those warrants expire....just what, only 8 months from now, hopefully the PPS won't be sitting at 2.

If ADXS is great, where's a partner?

We all wish they had a partner to put in the EU submission PR, but they did not. Why? We can speculate that:
1) The low ball offer(s) were outright rejected, if tendered. The company does not need the distributor right away as the approval is still at least 13 months away. If no partner in 6 to 8 months, then I'd start worrying. Not now, not yet.
2) The distribution partner does not need too much time to prepare to take it to the markets if they already are in the cervical cancer market (they should be). Advaxis did not feel they needed to jump in right away and find a better deal/partner.
Frankly, the company does not have to tell us everything about ongoing discussions and this partnership issue is one of the less important worries for me now. The real issues for me are these:
a) Company is low on cash and it doesn't get any better with each day passing;
b) Start of ADXS-NEO: Are they on track to dose the 1st patient soon?
