My logic makes perfect sense.
" You're saying they can't find a partner for AXAL, but have a buyer available to purchase the whole company. If no one is interested in AXAL, as you assert, then why would anyone pay to buy AXAL plus the other three franchises?"
1. AXAL isn't that great. Product targeted to one disease, with moderate effetiveness. You buy the whole company, you get HOT, HER2 and maybe NEO. (yes for sure if AMGN is the buyer).
2. You get to run the whole thing yourselves and don't have to deal with the mgt clown car at ADXS that never gets anything done on time. I am in business, and it is the absolute truth that top companies do not want to be associated with clown companies, even if the product is fantastic.
Why? Because whomever recommends a tie up with the ADXS clowns puts HIS/HER CAREER at risk when the clowns fail to deliver. When your BP mgt asks why the ADXS product is years behind schedule, you get the blame and career derailment for recommending the tieup with them. Serious people at BPs HATE having their jobs be dependent on silly clowns they don't control.
Buying the entire company gets rid of the clown risk of dealing with ADXS mgt.
