That is amazing link, even though it is so simple.

It appears they form an entity, then pump it up (of course that is my speculation) and then dissolve it.

Notice in every instance the company is dissolved within 2 years of formation. In once case it was about a year and in the other cases it was usually a year and a half or so.

Notice how IDWD was set for dissolution on 9/16/2006. This is just before the last press release went out.
