Highway, by "somewhat effective" I mean they have shown signs of being effective in early, but have generally flamed out in randomized/larger trials.
One can argue on what the reason is. But with this history it is hard to believe that any such will a large, universal, cure as many here seem to think. Could be a reasonable option to add to the toolset though.
BTW, "grapefruit" was the a comp with Direct, which is another beast. Given they still have not published results (from an open label trial that was over years ago) nor launched a P2, I lean towards it being a valid question.
