It pretty much shows everything that has been going on behind the scenes.
-The multiple bond agreements. (I know atleast One bond is given to CSHD in exchange for 50% of future profit on any JV used with those funds). So this shows that CSHD does actually own the bond. It clearly states that they are now the owner of the bond.
-The AISS Georgia Aerospace CSHD JV agreement is there and proves that What Harris stated about them being in control, is CORRECT. Very interesting stuff about the JV is included.
-The Merger is official, and had been filed with the state of Georgia back in June/july.
I have no doubt in my mind that the 10k will be filed on time. There is no reason not to. Everything is already in the audited 8k as well as these filings with the state. They just need to put it together and add anythign else that has occured since.
Show them the 8-k's and the pr's, explain them so they understand them. Then show them the http://www.gsccca.org/ site (look under real estate/name search/conversion solutions). Explain to them that if anything filed with the court was false Rufus would be immediately open to charges of fraud.
That should help them to see the worth of cshd, and help you to again feel good about turning them onto this trade.

After you pay the $5 and get access, you want to search the Bartow County Deed Images (under Real Estate). Look in particular at Book 2106, starting from page 1. Or, just search Real Estate state-wide for "Conversion Solutions".
