I just want to confirm, I also paid the $5 fee and got access to the records of the state of Georgia. Several Global funding agreements, as well as the AISS JV with CSHD AISS and Georgia Aerospace can all be confirmed.

Just wanted to say Over the last hour I have been reading and skimming dozens of pages filed with the state of Georgia by CSHD (at http://www.gsccca.org ). The Merger has been filed, the Bonds are in their possession, and there is a lot of great details in these filing. It's well worth the $5.
Serf, BTW the merger is complete according to the state of Georgia :)
