Thanks for your JMO explanation...as IMO most astute investors believe they know the in & outs of institutions coming in wanting to invest w/ fundamental companies.You are assuming institutions were waiting on Phase II & haven't already did their DD w/ PNTV. According to individual investors PNTV have had Huge milestones in the last 6 months yet no institutional buying has come thru ....more likely walked away from the table after doing DD.

Institutional investors would not invest in an OTC stock like PNTV, it is all retail other than toxic lenders. Period!
