Also did a RS with it taking it from almost 15 billion shares down to 500 million. I didn’t see anything in the filing that changed the AS though so looks like he left himself about 14.5 billion shares to sell. Good thing since operating a successful company certainly has never happened for him. At least he has plenty of new shares to sell. ???????
