Another worthless shell. Moved from Delaware to Wyoming. Wayne issued himself shares for taking the time to do it apparently. Not a part of UNGS....a different scam of Wayne's. Similar to the AMHD scam.

In 2011, they claimed they had patents worth $22M. Of course, the USPTO shows they have never owned any patent rights.

That is what Wayne does. Heaven forbid he got a real job.
