so mba... if you owned a company with a 50% partner and you decided to sell $100k worth of your assets to your girlfriend for $59, does the partner have a case against you?

peregr, if the deal can be blown up by shareholders simply requiring transparency and adequate and reasonable protections, which up to now we have never gotten, then the underlying deal is no good and we haven't lost anything.

I don't want to sue for damages. I want full voluntary transparency. This is not to much to ask.
