Never said the "plaintiff" had to determine value.
Did say a law firm would not take this case on a contingency without first determining what the value of the claim is according to a prospective plaintiff. Pretty standard in the legal world.

Please tell us what those future, foregone profits are and what security law violations have taken place? The claim is baseless in that no future revenue can be determined.
