I will agree that I learned more from the Mologene PR than I did ours.

I am certainly not being dismissive (and I always want more transparency) but CDMO is really under no legal or SEC responsibility to disclose the financial structure of Oncologie to shareholders, especially in that they are a non-public company. If they miss payments, then that becomes an issue. Ronin was pretty brutal in their assessment of the prior board, yet some think they are all in collusion. Pretty unrealistic.

That thought has crossed my mind that funding may come from someone who is familiar with the IP (actually might make sense) but the whole structure is transfer risk from CDMO and get a percentage of future rewards. If it was only the upfront payment, the "breadcrumb" deal might make sense, but we are still vested in the IP program.

Any law firm is going to ask what is the basis of the claim (while thinking how much will they get) and the answer of "I think I'm getting screwed" probably won't get far.

This is not a bad deal after what we have all been through and hopefully we share in that "residual value."

ECG, my belief is that for now they will give us only what they have to, and I think that will come in an SEC filing. I suspect they are following legal advice closely.

IMO, they are remolding this Company and will disclose the minimum required by law until they feel comfortable with the direction.

Hopefully that is a direction that will improve the PPS.

I hope they follow through with their stated direction. So far, IMO, they have done more things they said they would in the last few months than the prior board did things they said they would do for the last 5 years.
