I would agree with the sentiment of your post with one exception.

If this deal is legitimate why not disclose who is behind Oncologie. Why is this not transparent? When items of this magnitude are left murky how can you trust the rest of what might happen?

How would you feel if you found out 6-12 months from now that this deal was put together by "insiders" to take the IP private for themselves? This is after your money developed the IP at great dilution up to this transfer.

I'm not saying there is definitely something nefarious going on but I will tell you I haven't heard anything back from CDMO with my questions. The PR was such an amateur presentation of Oncologie how can we accept it on face value?
