Alexx, I agree it does take time to construct a building, but this company already said that the phones are already being tested buy a group in China. That would indicate they are already constructed. It would not take 6-9 months, because basically they need a manufacturing company to put the device together, then they need to load the Operating System. I guess its like the house being built already, and you just needing to move in. You could move in in a day. We need information on actual manufacturing of these devices. I have personally loaded a new Operating System on computers and phones on a regular bases. They can use source code from previous Android based projects like Cyanogenmod, which is an awesome open source OS, and develope ontop of it. It is a lot quicker process than 6 to 9 months. Basically, its not really a new construction, when using Android as a base framework to build upon.

I'm just referring to everyone using this analogy when it comes to the contract. The contract is immediately known by the market when a house is sold. As you well know. Regardless of if that's new construction or an existing home, the contract is updated in the system immediately so people know. That's clearly not happening here, so it's not a good comparison. Only point I'm trying to make, since I've seen this comparison multiple times now.

We can twist whatever we want to try to fit this situation, but I'm just speaking about contracts. And yes, where I am...houses generally close in about 30 days. But my market is insane. New construction is obviously not what I'm referring to.
