Yes. We've all said unkind or unflattering things about co-workers and colleagues at times. But we say them privately. We know that sort of talk is inappropriate in the workplace.
Trump seems to feel differently; for what seems like a million years now he's been railing against "political correctness", rather than recognizing it as the civility that's needed on the public stage and in the White House. He sets the tone, and others follow. If media reports are true, morale at the WH is low, and infighting is constant.
So does he believe being sickened by spousal abuse is just another "politically correct" affectation?
