How is this not the definition of purposeful defrauding? They took a huge amount of shares out as a bonus after doing nothing to earn it. They’ve continuously R/S’ed to ensure they get a paycheck... now is any of that illegal? No. But they’re starting to do illegal things. Was Kay moving SH from message board to message board to ensure he had control of what was being said before? No. Is Kay telling certain people deals are getting done and telling others they aren’t? Yes. That’s insider trading as is. Whether he’s lying or not. You can’t tell one person money is coming and tell another one it isn’t based on your feelings towards them. That’s illegal when you’re running a publicly traded company. Do I have emails I have submitted supporting this? YES. One from my username’s account and one from a fake email that mirrored the username of a loyal follower. Both emails were submitted to the SEC. I asked the same questions and got different responses. I’ve been sitting on this all along.
So by your definition of scam, this is a scam. And Kay can’t come on this board and say what I said is incorrect either. It happened. That’s illegal. One email account got a response that indicated “buy” and the other got one indicating nothing. INSIDER TRADING
