I would doubt that IR would say anything about this, they are bound by disclosure laws, but it won't hurt to ask.
Keep in mind that it is likely management monitors this board, they have reference it in the past. If this is a VDRM deal, they know we're on to them and it may take a couple days to clear a PR through the corporate lawyer.
