in fact, did much dd on bban back in the day. i for one am not defending rufus one bit. i would however, would like to see exactly what and how this is going to play out... and with what.
the bonds that he claims they have, seem to be valid and registered... then again, seem to be. i have not actually researched every little detail nor seen it with my own eyes to tell you it is exact.
now, one thing no ceo or company officer or director should be doing is telling you something that is material and will affect the company until it is officially made public. And they should not have to tell you the details either. That is not their job nor is it yours to know. However, filings are made in a way to find out most information of what is made public and that is about the extent that can be discussed openly.
again am not going to get into the bban fiasco much here... not the place... but am watching this one carefully also...
it might just play out to be what it wanted... if it goes to Nasdaq as planned... there must be something to it. We will just have to wait and see.
