you need to dwell on it...cause i think you forgot a lot. Remember when this stock first came into the light i had to remind you of who Rufus was...and that his name was actually Paul R. Harris. as a refresher...

-Rufus came to bban and claimed he will providing 100 mill USD in funding backed by a south american bond. He was asked provide proof repeatedly and did not. Eventually, when proof did come, it appeared that the bond he mentioned was either defunct or involved in some sort of legal contention with other claimants.
-When he arrived, he immediately started pumping via the boards and via IM messages and to select shareholders...claiming a $2 book value/share for as stock that was trading at .03 or so.
-He claimed to have brought a timber land deal to BBAN. when asked to provide an address, parcel number, a lot number or even darn map coordinates...he couldn't or wouldn't
-When sharheolders, on their own dime arranged to come out and walk the land, each time Ben would get mysteriously sick
-All the while the PRs kept coming and the message board posting continued ("i'll show you what happens when you throw candy to children from the back of a truck").
-No one backed out of any deal...remember it was Rufus, despite being advised many many times to curb his ego and think business, who decided to take the agressive and god-like approach. It was he who first initiated the first blow by issuing PRs and SEC filing that he fired the B.O.D members, EVEN THOUGH he did not have the share count to support such action.

-It was Rufus that first dragged this into court by seeking a TRO on the board members...eventually that was his undoing.
-In court, if i recall correct (cause shareholders were present giving a play by play), did the judge not ridicule Harris regarding his bond proof? and did the mysterious land not somehow pick up and move to the state of texas? and why was everything they claimed to have brought to bban never actually in a bban account or why was there not one dime ever provided to bban?
-did the form 144s not show that everyone and their mother dumped like crazy while all this was going on?

I am NOT defending anyone at BBAN...they were all scam artists and it was actually interesting to watch scam artists turn on each other. But without a doubt, Rufus is the best a P&D simply because of his disregard for SEC requlations. I bet even the original mastsrs (Knight, Webb, etc) would be impressed.

But in short, to prove to you why RUFUS is a proven pumper you just nee dot look at the chart. he was successful at running the stock up nearly 200% on pure fluff. that is something the old management could never do. And what did he and everyone else do while doing this? D-U-M-P. Both old and new fled the house like it was on fire.
