Why would Downsie pay 2 million dollars for a 400 to 500 thousand dollar shell? Any ideas? The PGRD deal they are hyping on HSM is so unbelievable that PGRD doesn't believe it either.
You should call PGRD. The phone number is in their filings. They say there is no difference between HLS and WSA as far as they know and that WSA is located in IDWD's same office. They say the whole thing with Pakistan is strange and ,makes no sense, but if Downsie wants to give them 25,000 in non-refundable money to play some kind of game it is alright with them because they aren't doing anything wrong. They just took his money.
He has until Nov 4th to fork over the other 2 million or so and if he doesn't do it by then, they have another buyer for the shell lined up already.
They have heard nothing from him since they took his money for the option.
