I look for filings and events that need to take place . Ive been through so many of these mergers start to finish and learned the only thing important is what is accually happened through filings and read 10Qs and you can often see the future as many as ive seen. There promising and giving a vision to the public , fine , even with some numbers and expectations but I know to much to just go by that and they havnt filed a lot of needed documents ands that's the only way to see if these companies progress . Shareholder agreements not done yet in progress I assume , no 14-F , np14-C , no SC 13 D or Form 3s . Current Andiamo shareholders as of a certain date are supposed to receive an " Informational Statement" has that happened ? Lots to look for so I don't own ANDI but hope I does well!
