My findings support your contention. I am discovering this "log recovery" business has by spun by many people, by many companies, for over a decade. Not a single case of an actual business venture coming to past; lots of claims, no results.

Only instances I have found of truth in this, is very small private companies recovering logs on an equally small basis to supply specialty carpenters with wood they turn into quarter of a million dollar furniture.
I will share some of my own opinions on this.
"Ponzi Scheme" keeps popping into my mind when I give thought to all which has been discovered about Harris and his company.
There is only one technical detail lacking to qualify CSHD as a Ponzi Scheme. This detail is actual payment of "enticement" monies to victims, as is traditional. However, there are a lot of wild eyed claims being made of even wilder returns on money invested.
To date, my opinion is activity displayed by Harris and his company precisely fits the mold of a scam; typical pink sheet crooked dealings.
