Negative, not sure what is not understood? A/S reduction has NOTHING to do with the valuation of the company. O/S has remained constant from .60 level. Nothing has really changed other than reducing the A/S from 100M to 20M, still not having any bearing on the valuation. Clear? SIGO wants to keep the Share Price up even on the current grow space because their plan is to sell the company.
