100% honest, as always, not my area of legal expertise, but fact that they (the Cs) are disclosed in the quarterly reports/filings should bode well for you and your fellow preferred holders. If I had to guess/speculate, all prior preferred series will either be converted to common or be "rolled up" into a new/single class of preferred as part of the recapitalization/re-stacking of the capital that I expect to occur. Again, hopefully results in a very happy ending for you along with us wild-west common speculators!
I emailed the CEO yesterday about my preferred C shares. I got an immediate auto reply that he was too swamped with emails to answer any more shareholder emails.
