Bolio - a low percentage, less than 5%, but ITC's refusal to investigate is a square peg going into a square peg - the circuit court can actually find that to be arbitrary (vs. making detailed record findings). I think AMRN's has a strong argument due to the precedent in Pom Wonderful.

Because Amarin also has a strong patent case against infringing DS, there is less likely to be a compromise IMO.
