I agree, Mermelstein. No problem with a R/Split when it's part of a thorough plan to uplist and bring (more) institutional investors on board and get the stock to a much more fair valuation.
Mermel - If I were in their shoes I'd plan on another year of stable growth and profits before moving to another exchange. A shareholder meeting would be first on the list because it will be self promoting and the right thing to do for the shareholders. Both actions require expenses. So keep the eye on the end game. Put this in an IRA for the next 2-3 years. I'm sure management knows they will struggle to see real value of their shares in the Pink Sheets. Not your normal penny stock for sure! But then when do you see the CFO buy shares to put away? Keep the faith!
