I agree. Stickys are for news, DD and facts, not opinions.

There are no published guidelines for stickies. Mods each have one sticky and it can be for any post that does not violate the TOS. DD or news might be the majority preference, but there are no guidelines other than not violating the TOS.

In other words, 136 sticky is legit!
