I guess you haven't been paying any attention at all. Most of us here believe that what you describe is the REAL problem: toxic financing, in the form of PIPEs.

Seems to me the bashers have been warning about toxic financing in all of its forms for a very long time. The pink penny long crowd failed to listen. Whats new? Now they are crying about it and trying to blame it on the very people who warned them about the problem. Again, whats new? That's SOP for the cult crowd. What a mixed up bunch, Geesh!!
