Agent, I think CC now controls the cases...whether they have the right to return them for credit, I don't know...but with just a little change in marketing, CC could blow the doors off of this....just imagine...GZ gives a three month membership to all sales persons who sell 10 in a month...churn is 13% so we keep 8/9 of those....if the salesperson in the games section knows his stuff, he is a gamer....he's going to sell as many as he can to get at least a year's worth of games, and then next season they do it all over again...result...100K subs very quick....very quick...

That would be a bad move IMO. Even if the cases aren't moving off the shelves people are walking by and seeing them there. Kind of like mini billboard advertising. If they see them in CC then see advertising they may be more inclined to try them later. IMO it doesn't hurt GZ at all to have their name in the store and associated with CC. It legitimizes their business plan IMO. I personally believe we have seen the extent of the CC advertising campaign for GZ. There may be a few isolated stores setting up a fancy display from time to time, but beyond that I fear is wishful thinking. My gut tells me that JF can do this with smart advertising (hire a good marketing firm/person) and good business practices (it will keep the churn low).
