Exactly.
That is why I am concerned about a BuyOut announcement now, prior to any positive effect from blinded results publication etc.
I would not like to see a BuyOut announcement at $2 or $5 or $9 per share, since I also think the valuation should be higher upon (very) positive results.
You mentioned you would like to see a BuyOut asap .... wouldn't you be a bit frustrated if the buyout price is $3/share, and that is all you get?
