Yeah Felo,,,,I would expect that the audit is done,,,my understanding is that we have to be audited to uplist,,,... As far as being filed,,,two things maybe,,,,if audit turned in to the SEC late friday then actual listing of the audit may not get done till monday,,,second,,,not sure how the Gov. shutdown affects the SEC but I guess it is possible that they won't work till the shut down is over,,,,Lots of guessing here ,,,,
