The good news starts Sunday at the shareholders meeting. IMO

Could be a buyer, or joint ventures, or they just want to give themselves a boatload of shares at a lower stock price before releasing any trial related news. I tend to discount a sale of NWBO just because it would have been announced already, and why the two capital raises? Usually acquisitions can be put together fairly quickly once the parties agree, and there's no particular reason to hold back information prior to the signing of a term sheet.

I do believe everything looks odd, probably because Linda and Les are gaming whatever result they're looking for.

Seems strange that NWBO is in such a hurry to get votes,have a shareholder meeting, have a employee stock program, officers and directors getting shares, and Cognate swapping debt for shares.
The last couple of conferences NWBO skipped. So suddenly they are going to show up for two conferences in January.
This unrelated investor has not been explained.

So many things are going on now that is not explained and yet NWBO is calling shareholders for a vote. Having a shareholder meeting on a Sunday when shareholders can actually attend.
Sure looks to me we have a buyer of NWBO, that wants NWBO to play by the rules. IMO
