SCOTUS has this now....general damages? Legals and disbursement’s? BIEL management costs to defend? Punitive, say $25 Million?

Well stated Luke,SEC AP System is full of conflicts. I hope the SCOTUS can expose the whole rigged system and not just the Unconstitutional Judges.

Any day the Supreme Court can/will

put a hold on ALL the cases, or they will allow to go to term and be decided.

If they let the cases go to a decision each case will probably then

submit an appeal Pending the Supreme Court Decision.

Cases on hold is the most logical. But--

Should have a decision by the end of June,

and I predict the SEC loses by best 5-4 or 6-3 at least.
