A list was posted last night. Feel free to check it out. I prefer to look at SEC FILINGS and the words of the company and parent company vs using arguments of “they wouldn’t do this” or “why would they do this.” It’s pretty clear what’s going on and the market obviously agrees there is something big here. When you see blocks of shares worth $30-40k being bought at a time... it tells you there is something big going on. I’ve been around plenty of time to know what to look for.

Let’s say you are right, and the current shareholders only get 3% of Delfin. 3% of 8 Billion is $240,000,00 / 120,000,000 shares = $2.00 per share.

So according to that post, the worst case is that we will get $2.00 a share. Not bad.

This is great news.

I have shown that old TELL shareholders got up to 130 million gift. Still not close to a billion, though.

By my math write now Deflin has gifted about $22million to "old" shareholders so it looks like a 6 bagger by your explanation.

I think I tried responding to the gift question in post # 6191. You keep harping on this issue. There is no gift here, it's business as usual and the market forces will be creating the winning conditions for the parties.
