Meanwhile, they may have access to NOLS. They bought the shell for $25K and got 71% of OS.

Do you how much 71% of the OS are now worth? You do the math, and this is just the beginning. I would say pretty good return so far for a measly $25K investment. Win win scenario, imo.

So who is giving gift to who? Know how the market works before making outlandish statement.

Anyone got a list of examples were a new company gifted $ Billions of equity to previous shareholders in exchange for a shell?
