I think we're getting our wires crossed. No registration due some exemptions both in USA and Canada. I thought Xeraflop was giving GCAN $100K. But, as I understood it, only after GCAN trades $10M in shares. I believe this is the case because where the freak would GCAN get $100K to invest in Xeraflop? Am I still missing something?
