Maybe somebody can tell me where in the agreement it says it is contingent upon a 15c2-11 being accepted and a registration of shares being performed, that Wayne didn't do in in the registration of other shares he filed?

Wayne just making things up....

....again.

And now he says we invested $100K that doesn't show up anywhere in the financial statements.

Wayne is just a pitiful liar, but at least he has some friends
