We don't know that there is a tech problem but if there is, it looks like they are working on a back-up plan. When my friend opened his restaurant we practiced everything only to discover at the opening that our cred card machine would not work! BUT, we knew how to slide the card thru the old machine. It sure slowed everything down but we were able to handle it.
When running a restaurant you need to be prepared for any/every emergency/problem. Appears to me that UWINK will not open until they have a solution for every possible problem.
Agreed Brian .. but my point is the true test is their system.. this is their competitive advantage and what the whole concept revolves around.. why wouldnt they test that as well? This isnt any old restaurant. Look at my prior posts this is something that I have personally worked on and believe in. I will be there Friday night.. and if they need my help .. god dammit I'll help them.. ha. Im all in on this one from .25 to the top.
