Years ago, there was a scam, they are shut down now; however, I ran the CEO to the state of Hawaii to find that this person had no 501c3 and was a professor at a university in Washington State. I contacted the university, and he just about went ballistic that someone was using his name. That scam was shut down by the SEC soon thereafter.

Totally agree. All those shares going through supposedly an unassociated and unaffiliated Royal Capital David Foley Group(thanks sleepy for that exposure and D. Wong for the confirmation) and hardly any funds put into NTEK or Ultrasux. This pig had only one purpose. Sell those shares.
