I can file in Nevada and put B402 as President of my corporation right now. Be effective in minutes. Sad, right?

Years ago, there was a scam, they are shut down now; however, I ran the CEO to the state of Hawaii to find that this person had no 501c3 and was a professor at a university in Washington State. I contacted the university, and he just about went ballistic that someone was using his name. That scam was shut down by the SEC soon thereafter.
