I think there may be a misunderstanding as to the purpose of my reporting of the company's active litigation through Stickie 284841.

I monitor these cases each trade day, and report on updates by replying to this Stickie. If you look at the replies, you will see they are all updates. This keeps the relevant information in one easy access location for those who care to follow this litigation.

Yesterday, we had an update in the Charlie A case and so it was reported. There is no speed contest between reporting times across these cases.

The CEO's personal issue with alcohol as it relates to CA rules is not "company litigation" and is being addressed by his local court system. I'll reiterate what I have stated previously. Ed has the best legal representation possible.

Ed has no choice but to cease allowing his bodily alcohol content to go over .008 while driving. I trust the court system will ensure Ed addresses this personal issue.

Wow, I hope you give us the news that fast in 2 weeks when Ed goes to court. Is it the 17 th or 15 th?
