If all the interested parties who had a legal right to object informed the trustee they had no objections, then there is no need to wait since nothing would change by tomorrow.

This bankruptcy should be wrapped up soon.

John McKeon was someone who had entered into an agreement to loan RCPI money then reneged because ( if I recall correctly) he wanted changes in he covenants.

What the heck is claim 22? John J McKeon is a long time investor that had put millions into Star Scientific/RCP. I was wondering what happened to him and why he wasn't filling objections. If he's going to fight it, he's our best chance. He has the knowledge, connections/contacts and money.
