Actually all small cap news driven companies announce it - actually it is a big event as it culminates all the preparation efforts (CRO selection, site selection, logistics arrangement, IRB and DSMC set up, setting production to create dosing packages that will allow blind trials and then creating the protocol details - size, inclusion exclusion criteria - all of which needs to meet FDA requirements)
With limited number of employees, my view is AVXL is not able to handle preparation of 3 trials together and as such they have delayed the submission and not announced.
