It is another hurdle for the marijuana industry that the people and business owner's have to push through. If they start going after states that go recreational and even medicinal, making money off of it, it really isn't going anywhere. Too much money involved. After the initial shock for me this morning when I first checked in, I was furious and I got the notification from Yahoo first about the Sessions statement, so I knew I was going to be mad before I checked in on my stocks.
There is going to be one of two things that happen IMO. Either the states continue to stay backed off, and the feds within the states continue to back off while the legislation fight goes on, this will continue to thrive. Or the die hard business owners who want to stay in the industry for the money making aspect, and the fun of it, will high tail it up North to Canada where they legalized it country wide.
I think money will talk. The majority of the population wants it legal hence why these states like Colorado and California, etc. voted for it. I am annoyed at Sessions statement still but what are ya gonna do. Maybe it causes a short panic sell and we continue to keep moving forward, upwards.
$GRNH At least we cannot say Haas didn't give us a PR / Statement this week.
