Now that the initial shock is starting to wear off, I’m starting to think this may actually be a great thing and it may even be intentional on his part (probably giving him way too much credit there). But the Cole memo has basically given Congress a pass in having to reschedule. This is going to force there hand big time. Again remember session himself said he will enforce the law of the land, if the laws need to change that’s up to congress. I would bet we see bills be brought to the floor here in a very short period of time. There is way too much money involved with CA live for Washington not to do something quickly
