WEST over 2 years delinquent. Last 10q was as of 9/30/2015

Going to be a lot more suspensions this year IMO. And people don't get it that it's a no go to hold any stocks that are delinquent for more than 1 year. They simply don't care about it when I mention it to them. Crazy really if you see all the suspensions in the last 6 months.
