Read the SEC order.

The SEC has the power to suspend companies for only 2 reasons. The first is for filing delinquencies. Crypto is not an SEC registrant and has no SEC filing obligations. That was not the reason.

The second is for non-compliance with securities laws. In other words, Securities FRAUD.

The SEC even details the specific fraudulent activities they suspended them for.
